technical issue with re-list and revise

Does anyone have any issues with re-listing and revising items. I work on a Mac.  My screen freezes and I have to use my phone to complete what I am doing. Chatted with ebay and they say they are working to fix the problem, its nothing to do with my history or cache.

I would guess that is a standard reply fromebay just to keep you happy.

I can't see how your screen freezing can have any connection to ebay.

They told me it was a problem their end and that I wasn't the only person with this problem. They said they needed time to sort it. kWhen I click

When I click on an item the blue line on top bar only goes so far. the page is then frozen and I have to click the x where the refresh sign usually is. You can tell that I am not technical. I then have to go back to get back to previous page but I am left in a loop as I am unable to re-list or revise.
