suspended account

Hi all, can anyone help with my problem please. My son has had his account suspended, unfortunately it has affected my account and my other sons account because apparently any contact details that line up are also suspended.

Does anyone know how i can get out of this because i dont want to lose my account which i have had for 17 years.

We don't know why your son's account has been suspended. If it's just a temporary suspension, e.g. for not paying his fees, the answer is obvious.

If it's an indefinite restriction, I'm afraid that this means permanent. EBay will also restrict any other member they "associate" with your son, that is anyone living at the same address, or having used the same connected device to log in to eBay.

You and your other son will still be able to buy on eBay, but not sell.

You can phone customer support if you wish, but don't be surprised if they won't even discuss it.
