hi,i am trying to cancel a bid on one of my auctions.having checked his/her feedback likes to buy then not pay.have managed to get him/her on blocked bidder list.trying to cancel his/her bid for another reason,when pressing continue just says go to another reason.what am i doing wrong.item is scrap gold bracelet.

You may need a laptop / PC / browser, but not IE , try Chrome or Firefox for example, and not the eBay app to manage this.  Then go left on homepage to Shortcuts >>  Cancel bid.
