has anyone had experience of lost items using the shutle service as having using the for the last month they have lost two parcels and going on livechat for help they asked me to get the buyer to open a case agains me before they could investigate , having done this all they did was repay both buyers without advising me how to get my money or goods back ,this inspite of shutle being an Ebay company ,
