sent and delivered items reappearing

Hi have two despatched items that have been delivererd 

but have now reappererd in my orders awaiting despatched page

when i click on the mark as despatch it just says

we have  their is an issue and cant mark as despatched

ebay is not very helpfull on what to do next

any ideas out there

Add your own note to avoid mistakes and wait for the system to correct itself.

You can't expect CS staff to do anything about it, it is the Tech. Staff who contantly fiddle with things producing unexpected side effects.
