sending revised invoice

How do i send a revised invoice to a buyer? Allready sent one with incorrect delivery costs so refunded money to buyer, now need to send a revised invoice for the correct amount

If the buyer has paid you can't send a revised invoice.

You should've just made a partial refund, not refunded the full amount.

Once an invoice has been issued & paid then if you refund you cannot send a new invoice through eBay

Click on More Actions > Send Payment Details, far right of item on your My eBay sold page. Change the postage and submit (don't tick "reset" if it's there).
