Hi.
I have a nightmare everytime I send a parcel through eBay for example I sent one yesterday via Packlink/myHermes and they have left it in the shop as saying too heavy yet lied on the tracking as it says in progress and as usuall hermes will not speak to you as it is via eBay. i have lost numerous sales because of this so will not be using eBay labels again I will use Hermes direct at least then they will speak to me about my parcel. eBay as usual say nothing to do with them as its not their service well they shouldn't be promoting it if they are not going to assist sellers with issues. I have wasted nearly two hours between Hermes/Packlink and eBay and still no further on. Has anyone else had the same issues.

Would never dream of using any service promoted by ebay.
As for using Hermes have you read their T & C and what if any compensation you can claim if they damage or lose your item.
Whether you can claim anything doesn't matter, you still have to refund the buyer.
