Hi
My buyer requested a refund as the item wasn't received, the refund is pending on paypal. Today the buyer has received the item and would like a new invoice to pay for it. is there away of doing this.

If they opened dispute then they go back to the dispute and close it
if they opened it on ebay then they go to the resolution centre at the bottom of the page
They could try on paypal if they can not do it on ebay
If that fails and the refund goes through then they can refund you by sending the money to your email address on paypal
