As a seller I am having lots of buyers not receiving their items on time. Tried explaining due to covid their are delays but I have had 4 people wanting refund today

eBay delivery dates are only estimated, however -

A more serious problem is that if a buyer submits that you should take delays into consideration because you are a business there could be serious problems as you are a business seller trading as a private seller thereby your buyers have virtually unlimited rights.
