I THUGHT EBAY WAS AN AUTION PLACE. SELLER HAD AN ITEM BIDDERS, BIDDED FOR THE ITEM. SELLER HAD TO WAIT FOR THE BIDDING TO END TOM SEE WHAT SELLERWAS BEING PAID. THIS IS THE PRICE HE HAD TO ACCEPT. NOW IT SEEM A LOAD OF RESTICTIONS ARE ALLOWED TO BE PUT IN PLACE. THIS IS NOW A TRUE AUCTION HOUSE ANYMORE.

hello Roy,

sellers have to accept the final bid, unless they have set a reserve, there are no other 'restrictions'

if a seller refuses to honour a sale you can report them.

ebay isn't an 'auction house' it is a selling platform that runs auction style sales.
