You must not "name and shame" but the answer is possibly a hacked account!  The listings have been taken down.

still, a poor response time closing the account when negatives have largely been refunded by e bay for over a year. So doubtful it`s been hacked. And buyers still have to wait the normal refund process. Even though the seller's account has been closed.
