seller refusing to sell

hi

long story short,  won a car for £5100 and contacted seller who informed me he had been offered more via a message, so is not going to sell to me. 

is this right? is there anything i can do?

Hope you haven't PAID have you??  There are lots of Scams in the Vehicle Category. You don't Pay anything until you have actually been and inspected it. Checked all the Paperwork etc.
