I received an item which wasnt as described. Seller refused to refund so I asked Ebay to step in, which they did. I was advised to return item and once it was received, I would get refunded. I've just checked the tracking info and it states that the seller refused to accept the return when royal mail delivered it and it has now been returned to me. What do I do next as there doesnt seem to be any info available to tell me?
