seller signed for item back and as reported me to ebay still waiting on refund . uploaded proof of everything photo of not as described item photo of track number and photo from royail mail to prove he signed it back to him . Ebay told me to wait but he's not intending to refund and reported me ??? now I have no money and no goods . I'm very annoyed. any suggestions
