How do I get to be allowed to list more items?

You are  a new member so you have to build up a good record of selling,  posting items promptly,  then eBay will review,  your account usually after 45 days.  If everything is OK,  they will increase your selling limit.

Then,  you can ask yourself for an increase,   once a month,  from the link in your monthly selling limit section on your homepage.

Yep, you do need for your limit to reset, prompt posting, shows you are a good seller. Good luck, happy selling !
