I cannot see how to ask Ebay to help, because the automated service just sees that a return has been initiated. The fact the seller has not accepted the returned item, and not bothered to collect it from royal mail, leaves me in limbo. what can I do, been waiting 2 weeks for a refund
Seller doesn't realise that attempted delivery will satisfy ebay, solong as you have tracking showin thisa.
ESCALATE te return case to ebay to get a refund. Whether the seller gets the item back having refused it is te sellers problem. If it should be returned to you seller must pay postage if he decides he wants it back after all.
