i sold a £900 mobile phone on ebay for £600.

the buyer scammed me through paypal nd got the phone and his money back.

even though it appears on paypal, ebay still thinks its been paid for.

i tried cancelling the transaction but the buyer has been very aquward and refused.

ive now got ebay chasing me up for almost £90 in fees.

so ive got no phone, no money, AND im being charged for the sale?

Have you logged directly into your PayPal account to check the payment status and messages there ie. Paid/Pending/Held/ OK to send to the delivery address given there/Labels etc. ?? ... an item of that value should have been sent using RM Special Delivery with adequate compensation cover in case of loss, damage or claims of non delivery >

the case is all done, and closed. the buyer has the phone, and the money
ive moved on from that one

what im upset about, is the fact that ebay still wants to charge me the fees on this. ive tried to cancel the sale, after the buyer got the money back (and kept the phone) but like i said he wont do it because he wants me to pay the fees too
