seller deleted his account after i bought from them

so i bought a duvet and when it came the qulity was absoluetly shocking. it was so pixeld you couldent tell what the image was. not at all like the picture. i tried to contact seller to return it, and i find out he/she deleted her ebay account... so i have been ripped off. what can i do please help.

Sellers cannot delete their Account. Ebay have Removed them. You can try opening an Item Not As Described Case with PayPal if you Paid that way?  Log in and find Resolve a Problem down the left hand side. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days. Add in the Notes that Ebay have Removed the Seller.
