When listing products from ebay, when I choose the payment method paypal and write my e-mail, it says there is no paypal account for this e-mail, but I log in to my paypal account with that e-mail. what is the problem?

eBay are switching sellers over to direct managed payments, bypassing Paypal, although buyers can still use it. So you need to add a bank account to your ebay account. Details here:
