second chance offer

A buyer deicded they didnt want an item after placing a last seond bid to win an auction, i am trying to make a econd chance offer but everytime i click the buttom to 'make second cance offer' it just takes me back to the selling page,

any ideas on why i cant make a second chance offer.

You need to close the first 'non sale' down completely before the buyers who have opted for 2nd Chance offers are shown >

The sale is already cancelled, the buyer requested to Cancel the sale and I accepted and did everything I needed to do, it gives me the option to make a second chance offer to 2 bidders but as soon as I click to make a second chance offer this does not work.
