What do I do when I win an item, but now realise that the guy is selling stuff that he has not got. He has negitive feedback coming in daily because of the same thing. I have tryed to cancel, but ebay tell me it's too late, so have started a return, but know it will not be coming. Do I just wait until after the delivery date and then go strait to Paypal to get my money back?
