sales record numbers changed to order numbers

does any one know why the sales record numbers have been changed to random order numbers, 

and is there any way to change them back from order numbers to sales record numbers , ebay have totally cocked up my records , icould find any sale as th esales numbers follow on, but now the order numbers are totally random, please help.

There have been a few major problems on ebay over the last day or so so perhaps it is another glitch
