revising a Classified ad

I have a classified ad running. If I want to revise it to say change a picture or wording, at the bottom of the first page a fee of £2.99 is added for "gallery plus" even though I have not ticked this box. When I press "continue" to the next page the "gallery plus" box is ticked. Even if I untick the box the £2.99 charge does not go. If I refresh the page it refreshes with the "gallery plus" box again ticked. This means I can't make any changes without incuring a charge of £2.99. Please help
