reurn postage not reimbursed

Hi, i had to return a pair of boots that were listed as suede but were false suede. The seller sent my refund but not the postage i had to pay to return it. She says she has sent it via paypal, and i asked for the  payent number to be sent to me, now she wont answer me. 

I tried to call ebay, they say the case is closed on a recorded message and i cant get to speak to anyone as nothing covers this issue.

What do i do now.

The seller did not print a label, and i sent it 2nd class signed for and left the tracking number, so ebay have that, that i paid for its return.

How can i call ebay when nothing covers this issue so i can't get to talk to anyone.

I'm surry to have to tell you but there is no case to answer as you paid for the return yourself there's no way to get that back via eBay or PayPal.

Seller should have been asked to email you a prepaid postage label to enable you to return (applies to UK sellers only) but if they didn't do that you can't enforce a refund after the event.

Hi, she said she couldnt send a label to me, as did ebay, so i sent it? I have done this many times and got my postage back and she agreed to pay it?

All I can say is you've been lucky if you've got it back before, ebay cannot force a postage refund after you've posted it yourself

Ebay and the seller said she couldnt send me a label? So, what was i to do, to pay the return sent it 2nd class signed for, i had proof so i thought this was what i was supposed to do, and now i am looking for a way to call ebay without going through the syste where nothing applies t the issue you have.
I have always used this way, i didnt know there was another way.
Obviously the sellers know if they dont give you a label then they dont have to pay return, as i now have another one wanting me to return to a address that is not her ebay or paypal address.

Does anyone know of a way i can call ebay and speak to someone? l can't find what used to be the chat option either, is it still there?

I'm sorry but ebay can only enforce seller payment of return labels before the item has been returned.  Not afterwards.
