returns

Does any one else feel that, the return system is complicated and unfair,  I am dealing with two returns at the moment, one photo looks like the buyer has dilbertaltly broken the item. 

The other, the buyer hasnt read my discriptions, or checked out the photos and is blaming me.

Am i responsable for this return? 

 

Do we have to declaire every single chip, I have tried to do this if the item warents it. Hello, the **bleep**ing, dont people understand were just selling. 

Or do Ebay need to simplfy the whole procedure and employee human beings.
