sold laptop - buyer want refund after informing me it has defects and that he has opened it and tried another hard drive in it - would have complied if item hadnt of been opened - unsure of the way forward - laptop should never have been opened , just returned in its original condition - i refused refund but did offer partial refund - this was refused - i mistakenly reviewed case details and hit the accept return button - it was too late to correct mistake -
