returns and refunds

i bought something, was damaged, seller agreed to refund upon return.  they sent label, it was tracked.  they have received it back but not refunded as required.  now do not know how to resolve it,  all ebay does is send me around in circles reading articles.

You will be able to escalate the return case 3 working days after you started it.  Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message or in Resolution Centre, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
