On the 21 May 2021 a item arrived at my address from ebay but I didn't order it. someone accessed my account and ordered this item leaving me to pay for. I asked to return the item and the seller refused and ebay closed the case. I then went to appeal their decision and they said once a. case is closed they cannot reopen it. I feel that this was an unjust act and a case of fraud that ebay should have looked more deeply in to. I 'm now in the process of getting ActionFraud polive involved because it is daylight robbery. could anyone help with this obvious case of fraud.
