I want to return goods to a seller who as sent me the wrong and incomplete address. Everything I do on Ebay to solve this problem leaves me going around in circles.

Open ebay case, if not as described, seller provides label,

if change of mind, you buy label through case.

Item has to be returned to address on label.

If no label or refund, escalate after 3 working days.

Hi, I need to send it back and I pay as agreed. The seller as sent me a incomplete address so I cant send it back. I suspect it's a delay tactic as they have sold many items.

If you buy label through case, it will have seller's address, this is the one you must use.

In which case, you have to rely on seller to provide correct address.
Ebay provide tools under MBG to get refund, you have to use them.
