Hi there,
I'm trying to return an item to a seller who, seemingly, is okay to accept the item. As such, I'm now at the stage where I've had an email from ebay saying 'print postage label'. When i click on the 'print postage lable' in the email it takes me to ebay where i then click on the link on the web page saying 'print return label'. I click on this link, which bring up a 'go to paypal' link, which i then click and, rather than bringing up a postage label as is implied in ebay's video tutorial, I am requested to 'add a card to complete purchase' (even though i'm seemingly logged-in to my paypal account which has a card linked to it anyway). Even so, given it's a secure link, I re-enter my card details for the card linked to my paypal account. But then i'm just brought round in circles whereby it askes again for card details, and so-on. As such, has anyone else encountered this? I've got an paypal account, with a linked card (although I've got enough funds in the paypal account to cover the postage anyway without needing a deducation from the debit card). I'm really confused as to what's going on here. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
