A buyer contacted me to say that the item (uv lamp for nails) had been broken in transit ie one of the lamps was broken. I have now had the item returned and upon inspecting the lamp it is obvious that it has been broken deliberately (my husband's an electrician an he has confirmed that the damage is not possible to have occurred in transit and it has been twisted from the connector instead of pulled out). Also, I supplied 9 new nail varnishes with the item and only 6 have been returned. What should I do?
