return through GSP

sold an item through Gsp over to USA, buyer says it's faulty and wants to return item. Done this fine in the past only through UK sales.

How do I send a pre-paid postage label, so they can post item back to me?? Cath

You cannot send international P&P labels & the buyer must return via normal post/courier services....they cannot return using GSP
