return refused at point of delivery

My return has been very confusing for 8 masks which were not fit for purpose

They came in one package but the return was a different label for each of the 4 colours

I sent them all in the same package thinking that the refund would be for the whole order

The seller accepted the return but refused it at delivery

 

With the benefit of hindsight I should have returned them separetely but it's academic if the return was refused anyway !

 

How do I get to explain this to a real Ebay person who can step in and resolve this?

A seller can refuse the return,  but that does not stop you getting your full refund,  if it did,   then all sellers would just refuse the return.

 

So,  with confidence open those return cases,  enter the tracking numbers and escalate on days 9 - 21 if not refunded beforehand.
