I purchased this chair in Feb, it is completely faulty and I am having trouble finding this on my purchase history

There is nothing that anyone here can do about this - we are ordinary eBay members like you.

 

It is too late to do anything through eBay. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open a case for 'item not as described' in eBay and that only applies if the item is faulty when it arrives.

 

You have 180 days to open a case in PayPal if the item is faulty on delivery.

 

Neither eBay nor PayPal concern themselves with warranties. A warranty is strictly between you and the seller. You have to enforce it yourself. If you go to the Citizens Advice website you will find more information there about Trading Standards and whether they can help you. Trading Standards can only act against UK business sellers.
