Hi,

How do I return an item when I cannot print the return label? the seller has sent me a return label but I cannot print the label as I do not have a printer.

You do need to use the Label. It is Linked to the Case. Ebay will fully Refund you once the Tracking Confirms Delivery back to the Seller.

Print it off at your Local Library or ask a Relative or Friend to Print it off for you. They would need your Password. You could always change it afterwards if you wanted to.
