HI, can anyone please help, i purchased a torch from ebay, when it arrived the cover to the charger point onf torch was missing, i contacted seller, they said they would send another out, i thought i would check on progress , it says they are no longer a member. I have started a complaint and ebay have asked me to print a label and returne before 21st december, the label has printed ok, do i just send it, or am i wasting my time sending it back to someone who now does not exist on ebay. I cannot contact or find them anywhere? or is this just somthing i have to do to get my money back. I can see the seller getting the torch back, and me not getting my money back......please advise, would be much appreciated.
