The seller doesn’t accept a return item what should I do

What was the reason for the return?  If it is from a private Seller and it was for change of mind or did not fit reason,  the seller does not have to accept the item back for a refund.

 

However,  if the item was faulty on receipt,  or not as described,  then no matter who you  bought this from,  open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre,  Escalate on day 9 and you will be refunded.

 

Do not close any case early before you are refunded.  You cannot open another with eBay.  

Why do you want to return? Was it a UK business seller, non UK business seller or a private seller? How many days past the estimated delivery date is it?
