Ive bid on a item against a person with 0 ratings ? for a item a krugerand coin and won this after second bid of just 10 pounds more its £510 the person had kerjold me into this bid when I ask if it could be delivered to spain I did not expect to win if this was real but I had it seamed fishy cos he asked me to pay and he would post strait away he had said there had been alot of enquirires for this item one person had bid but retracked bid asap I tryed to cancel but he would not I been docked my 100% rate he said this was his fathers coin and may be plated but he bought something from preciusmetals4you one month before Id say it was this coin this person is Kalash-762 please help and advise  he has now  said he sold this coin on ebay for £1120 but would not drop non purchase order on me and 2  emailing me my docking from ebay hopeing I get baned along with the 2  threatning emails for not paying       Item number383638623748-0    Thanks Norman

Your account is registered in UK, so why do you want it posted to Spain?
Seller can refuse to do this.
If you are unhappy with item & haven't paid, you can ask seller to cancel or take unpaid strike if he opens unpaid case.

I live hear in spain now I look after a friend who is recovering from cancer Im 60 with copd and have bad breathing problems ive just got out of hospital 6 weeks ago i have an oxygen machine so on to this topick i ask him to cancel and ebay told me to ask him but he refused id say he is bitter i did not pay and tryed to cancel and he tryed to bully me to pay by threats quoting contractual agreament from ebay ie you bid you buy thanks Norman
