retracting a bid

A buyer has just informed me they want to retract their bid on my item.i have no idea how to do it for them.they say its for me to do it.timewasters.does anyone know how to help me with this

If there are more than 12 hours to go on the auction then give them permission to retract and send them the link.

If there are less than 12 hours then they can't retract and you need to cancel
