hi i keep getting this message displayed when i check out
"Sorry, we can't complete your checkout at this time. Please try changing your item quantity or check your account status."
my payments are upto date and ive adjusted basket
i cant find how to contact ebay, everything i try is automated

I cannot tell but have you had a fairly long break in buying? If so you might have a restriction on the number of Bids / Value of items you can buy.
