I have just set up a new account put all my bank details in paypal etc. Listed lots of items and now have been restricted.

I think the problem stems from another account i tried setting up a while ago and that got suspended and i cant even close that account down. Ive had about 4 accounts over the years with no problems .

If you had a previous suspension ... opening new accounts will not resolve the issue ... suspensions can be permanent ?..

There is no explanation why and i have sold 40k plus over the years with no late fees or issues
