can some one tell me how to sort this problem out i sent for item and when it got to the last day of arrival and nothing i contacted ebay and they said wait a few more day but in meantime i contacted seller and even phoned them but they didnt get back to me so after 2 more days i told ebay after waiting for the post and they started to contact selling but the next day i got the item so now they have told me to go to resolution but i cant sort it can some one tell me how as im not a wiss with these sort of things .
im ok aslong as the item comes but thats as far as im any good please help
