is a resolution center not to resolve matters? not on eBay. if their rules applied in society every time you took someone to court, regardless of the outcome you would be penalized for taking to court.. only in a mad eBay world!!

what has actually happened?

I have five unresolved matters in the resolution center, all of which have been resolved as I complied with decision of the resolution center. however, because i didn't appeal (not much point when item has been returned to me!) cases stillopen like from 6 months plus ago plumenting my seller profilethus restricting my selling options

incidentally all from cheap skate unreasonable a hole buyers that don't exist in eBay land!

sorry, but cases do not stay open, they are either closed automatically when you refund or they time out and close after 30 days

if you didn't refund voluntarily and waited for ebay to force your hand you will have defects on your account which will affect your selling level
