report a seller for unfair feedback

Hi

I recently purchased an item . There was a problem with the post office with delivery. I recieved a full refund. Then I was asked for feedback. My feedback was not negative, I said I had got the refund and that my experience would not put me off not recommending the seller, as these thngs happen.

Next, I recieved in shouty capitals, feedback from the seller saying what a bad buyer I am.

 In 10 years of buying, I have NEVER left negative feedback.

I want to know how I can get this feedback from him removed. Its abusive.
