removed seller's listing

I bought an item 4 days ago, it hasn't arrived yet only to find the listing has been removed by ebay.  it states that I should check my messages for more information and how i should proceed...but there are no messages pertaining to this issue.  Please can you advise

You may still receive the item but if not you can try a case with eBay to get your money back.  Wait until after the estimated delivery date on the listing then select "I haven't received it yet" on here:

and escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.

However often when this happens that is not possible but you can open a case with Paypal if you used them.  So if you paid using Paypal open a "not received" case here:

https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
