remove royal mail from delivery options

I would like to list a power bank, but royal mail does not deliver it. How can I remove royal mail from delivery options and add another one instead

Use the Advanced selling form on a PC or laptop and you get a large selection of couriers to choose from.     The link to switch from quick form is top right.
