relisting sold items on multi variation listings

Me selling level is below standard my feeback is 100% ( 5200) as i sell an item on the multivariation listing.then after 30 days i relist the remainder .ebay then relist the sold item ( which is not available)somone buys it .I then see the cockup by ebay say sorry to the buyer and refund them .then ebay marks this as a negative dsr strike ( i have 10 in a year)then they ristrict my selling as ive been " bad".i contact ebay to remove their incompetent action ( strikes) they say they cant so they then send me a tutorial on how to sell. Which is usually the global selling rubbish that people steal from you and ebay gives them your money as well!.i also tell them how can i warn other sellers about thieves saying " not recieved" then ebay gives them the money as well.! Because of the idiotic one sided feedback system that is of no use because its one sided to make money for ebay .the question is how do i communicate with a office full of incompetent shallow viewed individuals with a draconian system allowing no interaction due to their own dire protocols and with no regard for people that make money for them ( this is not about the goverment although .or is it ?) I have over 2000 items to sell ive collected over 20 years but hey its gumtree ebid and the bootsale that helps not ebay

That wasn't an ebay mistake it was yours, when you relist it relists the original listing with the same number of items as when you first listed it, how else do you think you can relist a sold out listing?

If you have run out of an item on a multi listing you have to change the relist to remove it, or subscribe to a shop and use good til cancelled.
