reimburse postage cost

Hi, one of my buyers paid the buy it now plus postage fee instead of waiting for an amended invoice. How do i reimburse the difference?

Find the payment in your Paypal account, click on it and you will see a  refund link.   Change the amount to what you want to refund and then submit.
