refunds

Hi i sold an item on march the 26th and as far as  was aware everything was ok .I sent the iten 2nd class signed for and after 1 moth i put the delivery slip n the bin now today ...3 month later the person has issued for a refund saying they did not recieve the item .It says i have to ssue a refund but i think they are lying it is obvious that after 2 moth no one in there right mind would have kept a reciept of pstage so i now have no proof but i think that havibg no complaint for 3 month that i should not have to make this refund as  think it is someone conning sellers .can you help,I have tred to contact ebay but there is no contact number now and i think that is a letdown for people needing help.Can anyone help me please

if they have opened an eBay case they won't be able to escalate it to a claim.

 

They have 180 days from payment to open a PayPal case.

 

Always enter tracking when you post and keep receipts for just over a year.
