My buyer says that he did not receive the item. I have a couriers track that says he did. ebay found in my favor but overturned this the next day and are now taking £90 from my account. Im going round and round in blooming circles trying to contact them but all I get is case is closed! PLEASE HELP
Was the tracking on the dispute?. If it was and said Delivered then you should not have lost the dispute.
You need to try and appeal if you can

If that does not work and you are sure all the information you have is correct then try writing a complaint to the ebay address on the user agreement at the bottom of the page.
